December 31st Deadline for submitting license renewal fees

Many of you are likely busy with the holiday season or celebrating the extra $200 in your pocket.  Don’t let your license renewal payment drop by the wayside!  Remember that your renewal payment must be received in our office NO LATER THAN December 31st or your license will be expired January 1, 2016. Renewal fees are $179 for all currently registered RPLS licensees.  Fees for LSLS, Inactive licensees and firms remain the same.

If you have not renewed your expired 2014 RPLS license, the late renewal fee will still include the $200 occupation fee.  Those whose license expired on January 1, 2015 and do not renew for 2015 by December 31 will be unable to have their license reinstated.

For those wishing to pay online, be certain to allow some time in case your experience difficulty logging in to your account or other technical issues.  Requests for assistance should be directed to onlinehelp@hpc.state.tx.us and understand that responses can take 2-3 business days. Please do not wait until the morning of December 31st to try and pay online.

If you are planning to mail your payment, keep in mind that it must be received at Board’s office no later than December 31st.

Holiday closure

The Board’s office will be closed on December 24 and December 25.  We will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on December 28.
