Online Renewal Instructions

Name & Contact Verification

Please verify that the Board has your correct name and contact information. This can be done by searching for your license through the Roster (Public Search). If you find that your information needs to be updated, you must do so before attempting to renew your license.


The yearly renewal period is open from November 1st to December 31st.


You can renew your license via the Online Licensing System. Please download and reference our Online Renewal Instructions to facilitate the process. Use the link below to access our online services

Via Mail (With Invoice)

The board will mail all licensees and registrants a paper invoice that must be included with your check or money order. Please do not send the board a payment without an invoice. We are currently preparing invoices for mailing and will update this page when we mail them out to your address on file.

Late Renewals


Late renewal payments can be made online. However, a completed Renewal Affidavit and Proof of Continuing Education, must be sent to the Board office via email (albertina.romain@pels.texas.gov), fax (512-442-1414), or mail before a registrant will be renewed.
